By accessing our platform or submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
TukTour is a technology platform that connects travelers with independent Tuk-Tuk drivers. TukTour does not provide transportation services, is not a travel agency, and does not employ or represent the drivers registered on the platform. Drivers operate independently and are free to accept or decline booking requests. Each driver is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining the required licenses, permits, and insurance.
By submitting a booking request, the user confirms that all information provided is accurate and agrees to be present at the agreed pickup location and time. Drivers reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if circumstances prevent them from providing the requested service.
Prices are determined independently by each driver. The final price shown to the user includes TukTour's service commission for facilitating the booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made directly to the driver in cash upon completion of the tour. TukTour does not collect, process, hold, or manage payments between users and drivers.
Users may cancel a booking before the service begins without incurring any cancellation fee. If a user fails to appear at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notice, the driver may consider the booking cancelled.
TukTour acts solely as a technology intermediary connecting users with independent drivers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TukTour shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or expense arising from transportation services provided by independent drivers, including road traffic accidents; personal injury or death; property damage; theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings; delays, cancellations, or service failures attributable to the driver; or any act or omission by the driver outside the operation of the TukTour platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If personal belongings are left inside a driver's vehicle, users may contact the driver directly or request assistance from TukTour. TukTour may assist in facilitating communication but does not guarantee the recovery of lost items and assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage.
Any dispute relating to the transportation service shall be resolved directly between the user and the driver. TukTour may assist by facilitating communication but is not responsible for resolving disputes or for any outcome arising from them.
To manage bookings, TukTour may collect personal information such as name, telephone number, and email address. Personal data is used solely for booking management, customer support, and improving the platform. TukTour will not sell or disclose personal data to third parties except where necessary to provide the service or where required by law.
TukTour reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective upon publication on the platform and apply to bookings made thereafter.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
TukTour reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user or driver who violates these Terms or whose conduct may compromise the safety, reputation, or proper operation of the platform.
By using TukTour or submitting a booking request, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
